All orders are posted personally by Aisling from Manchester, United Kingdom.
We offer free delivery within the UK, with the option to upgrade to Special Delivery if you’d like extra peace of mind. For international orders, we use Royal Mail International Tracked, so you can follow your parcel’s progress. For orders over £800, we’ll use a courier service such as DHL Express.
We do not include postage in our prices because we believe in transparent pricing.

Customs and Duties of International Orders (including the EU)
Our products are sold in Pounds Sterling on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may be required to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or upon delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may be applicable under local legislation, and customers are advised to verify these details themselves prior to placing an order.
For EU customers, we do not have an IOSS number, so you may need to pay for the aforementioned fees as well.
